Training Education Manager

Summary: 

The Training Education Manager supports key sales clients by developing educational programs and materials. On-site presentations will focus on TRUE's equipment and console programming capabilities. Additionally, they will train the client trainers to disseminate TRUE's product design, features and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support, training, and promotion at large product installs, key accounts and tradeshows.
•  Develop and oversee TRUE's Trainer staff, to include training on TRUE product and programming, scheduling trainers to provide support, training, and promotion at large product installs, key accounts and tradeshows.
• Create specialized training and programs, providing consultant-style education for TRUE staff, trainers, and customers for TRUE cardio and strength products, to include but not limited to: Sports & Metabolic Conditioning Circuits, High Intensity Interval Training, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, and Member Engagement programs.
• Develop education programs to provide CEU's for NASM or NSCA for other TRUE trainers.   
• Work closely with Marketing to create content to support product and program marketing, to include but not limited to: product, promotion, specialized education videos, blogs, and social media.
• Assist with programs and trainer scheduling for tradeshows and other marketing events.  
• Work closely with Sales to provide resources that would include, but not limited to: Product Training & Education Manuals and Product Programming.Assist and consult on biomechanics for new cardio or strength Product Development and Sales Proposals.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years prior training, exercise science or related fitness industry experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, proven leadership skills.
• Master's degree will count towards experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or other related fields, Masters preferred.
• Actively hold the CSCS or SCCC certification.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certified preferred.

Working Conditions: 

• Office or on-site at client fitness facilities; 25% Travel
