Job Summary: Provides technical support on hardware, software, telecom, and network problems for True Fitness' corporate users, and remote users.

Essential Functions:

-Design, build and manage Windows Servers
-Effectively monitor, secure, and remediate security vulnerabilities
-Responsible for user moves, adds, and changes using Azure AD.
-Responsible for maintaining daily backups.
-Responsible for maintaining Windows updates, patching hardware firmware, and virus protection management
-Manage highly available server environment with limited room for downtime
-Develop and update technical documentation
-Support IP Based telecom system.
-Support Wired and Wireless Network.

Qualifications:

-Must be able to communicate effectively with all users and employees.
-In-depth knowledge of networking and server technology
-Must be self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects
-Must work equally well independently or as part of a team
-Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V, File Services, and other Windows Components.
-Must have working knowledge with Azure AD and Office 365, and Exchange
-Must have experience configuring and working within a domain, working with switches, networks, and in a LAN/WAN environment

Education:

-Associates Degree in MIS or 3+ years of professional experience in help desk support role.

Working conditions:

-Must be able to lift 50lbs
-This position works onsite in an office environment.
