Job Summary:

General responsibilities are preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management team. Prepare sales tax filings and reconcile bank statements. Help with closing of month end. Act as backup for other job functions of the Accounting Department. Handle payroll cycle duties.

Essential Functions:

•  Construct the daily sales report for management

• Complete daily cash log

• Calculate and file multiple states sales and use tax

• Reconcile bank statements

• Record various month end JV's

• Produce various month end analysis
  
  
• Maintain books for small True-related companies
  
  
• Handle payroll cycle duties (4 hours a week)

Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong Analytical skills

• Prior experience with any of the following Paycom, Fourthshift, Avalara or Quickbooks is a plus

Education:

• 4 years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree
