Job Description: The Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in managing and developing our supplier base, ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality materials and components for the manufacturing of fitness equipment. This position requires a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, analyze market trends, and contribute to the overall cost management and efficiency of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, quality, and lead times for materials and components.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and supply continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and logistics to understand material needs and timelines.
• Monitor market trends, sourcing risks, and potential supply chain disruptions, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, analyzing supplier performance, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Review contracts, agreements, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with the company's quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Assist with forecasting material requirements and inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or fitness equipment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive cost savings without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
