Retail Sales Training Specialist

Role Summary: 

The position will be responsible for sales, training, assiting the regional managers, and performing other sales duties as needed.

This position will be responsible for our East Coast region.  

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Learn all aspects of the TRUE Product line.
• Train and increase sales for all current retail stores in region
• Visit stores a minimum of 4 times a year
• Represent TRUE professionally in social events
• Attend national events

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Aptitude for product training and sales.
• Ability to travel 70% of the time - car/plane
• Relocation is not covered.

Education:

• Bachelor degree required
