Receptionist- Sales Support

Reports to: Inside Sales Manager

Role Summary: The Receptionist-Sales Support is responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, greeting and directing customers that come to TRUE, assisting the Administrative Assistant to the president, managing assigned customer accounts and their orders, supporting regional account managers and supporting the Inside Sales division.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Answer Multi-Line phone system and greet customers that visit True.
  • Assist the Administrative Assistant to the President with any tasks and errands for the company.
  • Coordinate needs for important meetings within the company.
  • Handle multiple tasks and the ability to work with different software programs.
  • Providing support to assigned regional account managers, their customers and the Inside Sales Team.
  • Coordinating customer and online orders from start to finish, including but not limited to entering customer orders into order entry database, checking inventory levels to maximize shipments, coordinate installation of product if requested, working with freight companies to ship product to meet specific dates and following up with the customers/dealers with backorders or future order ship dates.
  • Assist Sales Representatives, Dealers, and Inside Sales Representatives with Freight quotes from logistics companies.
  • Create new business leads and opportunities for TRUE to expand into additional markets or market segments.
  • Effectively coordinate relationships and interface with regional account managers, technical service, finance, and logistics.
  • Other tasks as assigned by executive members of True.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required,
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus, but not required
  • Experience with international shipping a plus, but not required
  • Ability to give oral and written presentations
  • Attention to detail, accurate spelling, proper grammar and professional use of email required
  • Valid Driver's Licenses required for errands.
  • Experience handling inventory reports, delivery and installations and emotional situations in a calm professional manner
