Product Support Technician
Monday through Friday (No Weekends!) 8am - 5:30pm
Customer Service - Inbound Contact Center
Product Support Technician Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming inquires that come in through the phone queue system or e-mail related to:
- Troubleshooting
- Electronic and mechanical failures
- General Customer inquiries
- Product assembly questions
- Customer and Dealer part orders
- Record detailed information into a service ticketing/work order system for all calls/e-mails.
- Manage and follow-up with inquirers from TRUE Fitness inside/outside sales staff.
- Occasional field work/repairs.
- Any additional task from Service Manager or Director as required (special projects).
Qualifications:
- Communicate clearly with customers and staff.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous Technical Service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Use of basic hand tools
- Use of Electric Multimeter
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs individually or 200+ lbs as a team.
- Mechanical and/or Electronic experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Electrical or Mechanical certifications/degrees is a plus
Working conditions (info on conditions out of the ordinary such as extensive travel, high noise level, frequent lifting, etc.):
- Fast paced environment
- Ability to re-prioritize task throughout the workday
- Clean driving record
- Some overnight travel
