Product Manager

The Product Manager is passionate about the fitness industry and can illustrate the needs and desires of the market and customers thus defining the products which TRUE should deliver. The Product Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products to that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Reports to: Chief Sales and Marketing Officer/Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Obtain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Develop product comparisons, pricing, and positioning strategies.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and sales teams.
• Act as a product expert to build awareness and understanding of all TRUE product and competitor offerings.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in product management.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done.
• Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree preferred
