Job Summary:

The shipping supervisor will assign daily work duties, assist in reorganization of warehouse, updating shipping reports

Essential Functions:

• Daily coordination of shipping personnel, shipping reports
• Back order / open order reports for daily shipping
• Shipping orders, utilizing the UPS manifest system and Visibar.
• Must keep shelves stocked using first in first out method.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with Cycle Counts of inventory.

Qualifications:

• Must have forklift license. Standup fork truck needed/ sit-down a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 60lb. boxes on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time without sitting.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting is required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• The shipping dept. is fast paced and must be able to keep up
• Warehouse is not temperature controlled.
