Multimedia Content Specialist/Video Editor

The Multimedia Content Specialist/Video Editor is responsible for the creative planning, scheduling, shooting, production and editing of video and photo content for the TRUE website, publications and social media platforms.


Essential Functions:

    • Work closely with Marketing team in creative planning and conceptualizing of branding-compliant product/content videos and photography.
    • Responsible for scheduling and shooting of product video and photography.
    • Handle all aspects of the video editing process including editing video, color grading, mixing audio, visual effects and motion graphics.
    • Provide videos that support TRUE Fitness, including social media, website, client portal, social media, and other TRUE Fitness digital properties.
    • Work closely with other departments to understand needs, perspectives, and priorities of videos and photos as well as understand proper function and use of products and services.
    • Manages and maintain state-of-the-art corporate video and photography studio.
    • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all video and photography equipment.
    • Research and remain current on the developments and applications of state-of-the-art video production and photography technology.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Must provide portfolio or examples of work with resume.
  • Previous experience in product marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with professional DSLR cameras (video and still), preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding and photography.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with photo and video editing and using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut and Photoshop.
  • Out of-the-box thinker and problem solver.
  • Organized and attention-to-detail.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Must possess an eye for visual content with balance of both creative and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn productions quickly to meet deadlines, yet maintain a high level of quality.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to offsite locations for shoots and other events.
  • A passion for fitness and/or knowledge of cardio and strength equipment a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Up to 10% travel
  • Office Environment (position is in-office 5 days/week
  • Lifting/carrying boxes up to 25 lbs.
