Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer at TRUE, you will lead cross-functional projects to provide innovative market offerings in the strength and cardio market. If you are a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for connecting with others, TRUE is for you!

What you'll be doing

• Championing new product development
  • Creating and modifying 2D and 3D designs in SOLIDWORKS
  • Creating and managing product documentation
  • Managing the product review process
• Managing project workloads
  • Pivoting between small and large projects in various stages of development
  • Providing subject matter expertise in support of departmental projects
• Traveling
  • Problem solving at customer sites
  • Participating in Trade Shows
  • Some international travel may be required

Skills you possess

• BSME or MSME
• 3+ years' experience in consumer products
• 3D CAD, preferably SOLIDWORKS, experience
• Experience in machine design and linkage design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project experience

This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in O'Fallon, MO. After the successful completion of training, this position is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement.
