Job Summary:

The Key and National Account Director/ Direct Division is responsible for Direct and Key and National Account Sales. The person in this role will be responsible for independently handling all types of customer contacts, sales results, sales installations, and service requirements of specified markets with primary emphasis on growing TRUE Fitness brand through Key and National Accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, Create, and Manage defined customer and lead bases to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of TRUE Fitness products', services', and company culture. Ability to implement company marketing and sales strategies and promotions.
  • Cultivating and maintaining existing business relationships, while creating new business opportunities through new Key and National Accounts.
  • Managing a team of Key, National and Market Managers to create, implement and achieve revenue goals and manage budgets.
  • Educate and guide Direct distribution through product and sales presentations for National Accounts.
  • Utilization of CRM module to track and maintain all sales leads, opportunities and activities.
  • Ability to deliver and manage assigned budget and all requested weekly and monthly reports.
  • Creating annual Key and National Account plans targeting business opportunities, yielding forecasts and established sales revenue for each market and account.
  • Attending scheduled sales meetings and conferences

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role required, including prior selling experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and coaching a sale team.
  • Proven track record of both business to business and business to customer selling results.
  • Ability to provide product education and selling techniques to distribution network.
  • A passion for fitness and promotion of wellness as a living style.
  • An ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Utilization of technology to track all sales functions including previous use of CRM modules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to travel.
