Junior Territory Manager

As a Junior Territory Manager, you will be responsible for fostering an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by TRUE while thoroughly researching and cultivating new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify, Create, and Manage defined customer and lead bases to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of TRUE Fitness products, services, and market advantages.
• Cultivate and maintain existing business relationships, while creating new business opportunities through new channels of distribution.
• Educate distribution through product and sales presentations.
• Utilization of CRM module to track and maintain all sales leads and opportunities.
• Create annual territory plan targeting key accounts and business opportunities, yielding forecasts and established sales revenue for territory.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role required, including prior selling experience.
• Proven track record of both business to business and business to customer selling results.
• Ability to provide product education and selling techniques to distribution network.
• A passion for fitness and promotion of wellness as a living style.
• An ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Utilization of technology to track all sales functions including previous use of CRM modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
