Job Summary: Provides technical support on hardware, software, telecom, and network problems for True Fitness' corporate users, and remote users.


Essential Functions:

  • Respond to incidents and service requests raised by employees in line with established SLA
  • Identify, research, resolve, and document incidents
  • Provide support to end-users on a variety of application and hardware related issues; This includes sufficient follow-up with the requester
  • Expand and maintain the solutions database and hardware asset register
  • Handles the installation and maintenance of software and computer hardware

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all users and employees.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects
  • Must work equally well independently or as part of a team
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Must possess exceptional PC support and trouble shooting skills.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (365), including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must have experience configuring computers and working within an AD domain.

Education:

  • Associates Degree in MIS or 2+ years of professional experience in help desk support role.

Working conditions (info on conditions out of the ordinary such as extensive travel, high noise level, frequent lifting, etc...) :

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
