HR Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant at TRUE, you will partner with employees of all levels to provide an exceptional level of support. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for connecting with others, TRUE is for you!

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Human Resources department and the Executive team
• Providing tier 1 support for HR related programs and employee inquiries
• Scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking notes for required meetings
• Assisting in additional projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree with a concentration in Human Resources
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; specifically Excel and Outlook
• Highly effective analytical, decision-making, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish strong business relationships and work in a collaborative manner with employees across the organization

This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in O'Fallon, MO. After the successful completion of training, this position may be eligible for a hybrid working arrangement.
