Fork Truck Driver

Job Summary:

Fork Truck Driver is responsible for pulling/shipping orders daily in a timely manner. Assist with paperwork processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assist in other tasks as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Pulling shipping Finished Goods orders
• Shipping orders utilizing Visibar/Scan gun process
• Process bills of lading ensuring accuracy of piece count
• Safely loading LTL, truck load and Container shipments
• Must keep shelves stocked using first in first out method
• Continuous cycle counts maintain inventory accuracy and Re-stock racks
• Must keep aisles free of skids and debris
• Some overtime is required

Qualifications:

• Must have forklift license.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. of boxes on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time without sitting.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Frequent lifting is required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• The shipping dept. is fast paced and must be able to keep up
• Warehouse is not temperature controlled.
