Eastern Regional Manager/Direct Division

Job Summary

The Eastern Regional Manager/ Direct Division is responsible for the Direct Sales in the Eastern United States. The person in this role will be responsible for driving the TRUE Fitness brand independently and through their team members to specified markets.

Position Reports to:

Vice President of Sales

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify, Create, and Manage defined customer and lead bases to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of TRUE Fitness products', services', and company culture. Ability to implement company marketing and sales strategies and promotions.
• Cultivating and maintaining existing business relationships, while creating new business opportunities through new Direct Accounts.
• Managing a team of Sales Professionals to create, implement and achieve revenue goals and manage budgets.
• Utilization of Salesforce to track and manage all sales leads, opportunities and activities.
• Ability to deliver and manage assigned budget and all requested weekly and monthly reports.
• Creating annual Direct Sales plans targeting business opportunities, yielding forecasts and established sales revenue for each market and account.
• Established and manage goals for the Region and each Sales Professional.
• Attending scheduled sales meetings and conferences

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role required, including prior selling experience for a minimum of 5 years.
• Proven track record of managing and coaching a sale team for a minimum of 5 years.
• Proven track record of both business to business and business to customer selling results.
• Ability to provide product education and selling techniques to the Direct sales network.
• A passion for fitness and promotion of wellness as a living style.
• An ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Utilization of technology to track all sales functions including previous use of Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%
