Director of Dealer Sales North America

The Director of Dealer Sales is responsible for all Dealer sales, Commercial and Retail in North America. The person in this role will be responsible for independently handling all types of dealer customer contacts, sales results, sales delivery and installations, and service requirements of specified market channels with primary emphasis on growing TRUE and Octane Fitness brands through the Dealer networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, Create and Manage optimum dealer partners to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of TRUE and Octane Fitness products', services', and company culture. Ability to implement company marketing and sales strategies and promotions.
  • Cultivating and maintaining existing dealer business relationships, while always monitoring best dealer partner opportunities.
  • Managing a team of Dealer Managers to create, implement and achieve revenue goals and manage budgets.
  • Strategize best practices to drive revenue into each specified market channels.
  • Driving dealer product and market education through several platforms on a quarterly basis.
  • Managing revenue and product forecast annually, quarterly and monthly.
  • Utilization of CRM module to track and maintain all sales leads, opportunities and activities.
  • Ability to deliver and manage assigned budget and all requested weekly and monthly reports.
  • Creating and managing annual and quarterly Dealer plans, performance review and expectations for established sales and product revenue.
  • Attending scheduled sales meetings and conferences

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role required, including prior selling experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and coaching a sale team.
  • Proven track record of both business to business and business to customer selling results.
  • Ability to provide product education and selling techniques to distribution network.
  • A passion for fitness and promotion of wellness as a living style.
  • An ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Utilization of technology to track all sales functions including previous use of CRM modules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to travel.
