As a Direct Sales Territory Manager, you will be be responsible for independently handling all types of customer contacts, sales results, sales installations, and service requirements of specified territory with primary emphasis on growing TRUE Fitness brand through direct channels.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify, Create and Manage defined customer and lead bases to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Interface with customers and evaluate market needs, make product and service recommendations, educate and counsel customers on company operating policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of TRUE Fitness products', services', and company culture.
  • Utilize company marketing, sales strategies, and promotions to guide customer orders.
  • Cultivate and maintain existing business relationships, while maximizing new business opportunities through new channels of distribution.
  • Utilization of CRM module to track and maintain all sales leads and opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver and manage assigned budget and all requested weekly and monthly reports.
  • Creating annual territory plan targeting key accounts and business opportunities, yielding forecasts and established sales revenue for territory.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role required.
  • A passion for fitness and promotion of wellness as a living style.
  • Must be a strong, creative leader, and possess strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident personality.
  • Highly developed analytical skills and solid understanding of technical product background.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365 and a CRM platform.
  • Frequent travel is required for this position.
