Job Summary:

Billing Clerk will be responsible for all aspects of customer billing related to True Fitness products and parts, as well as generating all credits owed to customers. Appling payments and emailing invoices to customers. Backup AR AP Clerk

Essential Functions:

• Review, adjust, & process invoices
• Review, adjust & process credit memos
• Scan documents/approvals for credits issued
• Process RMA's via a custom program
• Apply billing notes
• Process invoices for emailing and correct any undeliverables via a custom program
• Handle customer questions and concerns
• Daily AR reconciliation with general ledger
• Perform AR period close
• Backup AR AP Clerk

Qualifications:

• Billing experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines

Education:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
