Job Summary:

The AR/AP Clerk is responsible General responsibilities are processing deposits and refunds to customers. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Job Location: O'Fallon, MO

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we are looking for:

• Process & enter customer and miscellaneous deposits into the ERP system.
• Enter refunds into the ERP system
• Scan deposits & UPS reports into the document management system
• Process weekly check requests and process credit card refunds.
• Prepare, process and mail accounts payable checks.
• Process expense reports through Concur.
• Process accounts payable install invoices into ERP system timely and properly.
• Serve as the back-up to Billing & Accounts Payable department.

Required Education and Experience:

• Accounts payable & receivable experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Word, Excel).
• Ability to work within an ERP system.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with a team environment.

Working conditions:

This job operated in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is required to frequently sit, stand, bend and move objects up to 25 pounds.
