Role Summary: The Inside Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for the effective and profitable management of assigned customer accounts and orders, support of regional account managers and their dealers, and development of new business opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to team of regional account managers and their customers.
  • Coordinating customer orders from start to finish, including but not limited to entering customer orders into order entry database, checking inventory levels to maximize shipments, coordinate installation of product if requested, working with freight companies to ship product to meet specific dates and following up with the customers.
  • Outline, present, and sell the value of our products and services that can benefit our existing customers.
  • Create new business leads and opportunities for TRUE to expand into additional markets or market segments.
  • Partner with peers and management to enhance selling techniques and approaches.
  • Effectively coordinate relationships and interface with executive team, regional account managers, technical service, finance, and logistics.
  • Through communication from our customers, identify and present product modifications or enhancements to be incorporated into future products.
  • Handle multiple tasks and the ability to work with different software programs to create freight analysis, sales and lead tracking.
  • Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Inside Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate degree with emphasis in Business preferred, but not required
  • Sales or customer service experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus, but not required
  • Experience with international shipping a plus, but not required
  • Ability to give oral and written presentations
  • Attention to detail, accurate spelling, proper grammar and professional use of email required
  • Experience handling inventory reports, delivery and installations and emotional situations in a calm professional manner required
